4pm Pac | 6pm Cen | 7pm Est | 11pm GMT | 12 midnight BST | 9am (next day) Aus East
Just meet at the citadel at your time (above) and we will begin our capping. It doesn't matter if you've partly capped, or not at all, or even fully capped! You're welcome to come and have some fun anyway!
